In both summer and winter it is wonderful to stay here. You don't even have to leave the house to experience the ultimate holiday feeling. From the sunny balcony you look straight at the ski slope in winter and the bike park is your view in summer. Isn't that cool?

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor: you enter the hall that gives you access to the various rooms of the modern apartment. The living area is divided into a sitting area, dining area and spacious open kitchen. The sitting area has a corner sofa with smart television, you can use the WiFi during your stay. The dining area is suitable for five people, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. You prepare your meals in the modern kitchen which is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), kettle and toaster.

The apartment has one bedroom and offers sleeping possibilities for four people. The room is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bunk bed (90x200 cm) and bedside tables. You don't have to worry about a good night's sleep, because the bedroom is equipped with blackout window coverings. You can enjoy the holiday in peace, because the large wardrobe in the bedroom and the spacious storage cupboard in the living room allow you to neatly store all your clothes and belongings.

Freshen up in the neat bathroom. The shower cubicle with sliding glass doors has a wonderful rain and hand shower. In addition, this sanitary room is equipped with a toilet and a bathroom furniture with sink and mirror. And plenty of hanging and storage options. You can warm the towels nicely and dry them quickly thanks to the large towel radiator. The balcony (6m2) of the apartment has a southern location with a beautiful view and a seat for two people. The property also includes a ski/bicycle shed, a garage 200 centimeters wide and 190 centimeters high. It is also possible to park the car outside the garage or (for a fee) in public parking spaces nearby



In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need to make your holiday complete. The property is 270 meters from the Winterberg Bobsleigh Track and 290 meters from the summer toboggan run. The apartment is also located in a fantastic natural environment and mountain bike and hiking trails start right outside the door. Within walking distance are many different restaurants where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. Winterberg town center is a few kilometers from the property. You can go here for daily necessities, for shopping or for a nice drink or meal in one of the cafes or restaurants.
