Training and exercise facilities, open from morning until midnight.

Pool Area
A pleasant space for relaxation and leisure, open from morning until midnight. Closed on Mondays for maintenance.

Sauna
A perfect place to relax and take care of your well-being, open from morning until midnight.

Self-Service Laundry (paid service)
The building offers a shared laundry for guest use, providing convenience during your stay. Additional information can be obtained directly at the reception.

24-Hour Reception
The building provides continuous front desk service for guest check-in and basic daily support. Reservation-related matters will continue to be handled directly with me.

By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to:

Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in from 2:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability)
• Check-out until 12:00 PM

Guest Registration
After the reservation is confirmed, it is necessary to send the details of all occupants for registration at the reception: full name and ID (RG, CPF, or passport). Access to the apartment is only granted after this registration.

Visitors
Receiving visitors or bringing people to the apartment who are not included in the reservation is not allowed.

Parking
Guests are entitled to 2 free parking spaces in the rotating parking system.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the building’s common areas.

Noise and coexistence
Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours and avoid excessive noise.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning and linens
We do not provide cleaning or linen/towel changes during the stay, but extra items are available depending on the length of the stay and number of guests.

Trash
Trash should be disposed of in the appropriate bins. At the end of the hallway on the floor there is a door with the designated trash disposal area.
