Clean, new house. Good communication with host and issue resolution. House is very new and was not fully-stocked which I would have liked to know ahead of time.

Brand new house in a fairly quiet development. Overall, a great stay at a reasonable price - good communication, WiFi issue fixed quickly, very clean. One item of note is the house is so new, they have not finished stocking the house, which I would've liked to have known beforehand - no utensils, glasses, mugs, very limited cooking items, no spare blankets, TV in box in bedroom, limited furniture in bedrooms (no dressers), etc. Also, while the house does sleep 6, it is outfitted for 4 - 4 chairs in dining room, sectional fits 4 comfortably, etc. It was not an issue for us as we had 4 guests, but those traveling with 6 should take note. This place has great potential and I would stay again once it is fully stocked.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to book again next year! the home was very nice, good location for our needs, well stocked, with comfortable beds. The host was great to work with and communicated with me immediately when I needed anything.
