Prime Margaritaville Resort Waterfront 2bdrm 2.5 Bath Cottage Townhome is ready for your family to escape to relaxing luxury today.

Conveniently located in the heart of all the action with Disney, Universal, Island H2O Water park all just minutes away. Steps to Margaritaville's Sunset walk with entertainment, dining, ships and more.

Fully equipped Luxury kitchen complete with stainless appliances and all that you need to prepare your favorite holiday meal. Comfortable living area and dining area with patio doors out to the patio with seating to enjoy the view of the lake.

Sleeping for up to 7 guests.
Primary Suite: King bed with private En Suite bath
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with its own private En Suite bath

In-unit washer/dryer

Stays of 3 months are required to access direct Margaritaville amenities. You do have access to Sunset Walk restaurants and events as well as access to purchase water park tickets for H2O Water park.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.
