This is a great family neighborhood and home is on cul de sac. Out the backyard is open fields. Very close to city rec center with pool, weight room and more. Close to walking trails. Also within one mile of shopping center with grocery, drug store, 5 restaurants, coffee shop.

What makes this property unique

Cozy family home - not corporate rental. You will feel as though you are in my home. Good cooking kitchen.
