This beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 5-bath modern farmhouse home (2,453 sq ft), built in 2021, offers the ideal blend of space, comfort, and upscale coastal style for families traveling together. With plenty of room for parents, kids, and grandparents, everyone can relax, unwind, and truly feel at home.



Inside, you’ll love the bright, open-concept living spaces, thoughtfully furnished for both comfort and durability. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and ample seating—perfect for easy breakfasts before the beach or family dinners after a day in the sun. The in-home elevator provides effortless access to every level, making it convenient for guests of all ages.



Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a resort-style saltwater pool, a gas grill BBQ by the pool, and an outdoor spa-style shower—perfect for rinsing off after sandy beach days. Living room - Spacious! The perfect spot for unwinding after a fun filled day!

Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!



Pool: A private pool sits surrounded by beautiful, lush landscaping, creating a peaceful and inviting outdoor retreat.



Beach: Only Steps to the stunning shoreline. Outdoor shower to rinse off sand is located outside the home. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility.



Strictly non-smoking/vaping property: No smoking, vaping, e cigarettes or cannabis allowed inside OR anywhere on the premises. No pets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house & private saltwater pool for themselves. Guests do not have access to the garage area.

The house is located in a beautiful section of Surfside Beach, SC - which makes for a perfect, peaceful vacation.

Getting Around:

Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: community grounds, pool, sidewalks, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Guests are kindly asked to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older
