"Rosenstiege Apartment"—a vacation getaway in an old farmhouse—peace, charm, and nature

Our farm, situated in the countryside, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful location, proximity to Passau—the “City of Three Rivers”—and authentic farm life with animals create a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Access to the holiday apartment is via an outdoor staircase. A second outdoor staircase leads directly from the kitchen to our courtyard—a classic four-sided farmyard. That’s where our two friendly dogs, our horse Nina, and our two ponies, Bambi and Dunja, live. The dogs are good with children and get along well with other dogs. If you’d like, you’re welcome to help groom Nina and Bambi.

Your private southeast-facing terrace offers a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There’s also an outdoor seating area for the apartment on the courtyard side. From here, you can watch the children as they feed the horse and the ponies. A highlight is the converted barn. You’re welcome to use it for a small get-together with drinks and music. A fire pit and dry firewood are also provided.

The layout of the holiday apartment is as follows:
On the lower floor, there is a private bedroom with a double bed, as well as the large living-dining area (with a pull-out couch), the bathroom, and the kitchen. On the upper level, there is a walk-through room with two single beds and the option to sleep on a mattress. There is also a private bedroom upstairs with a double bed.
