Idyllically situated by the village pond in Kopendorf, this semi-detached home—built just a few years ago—invites you to relax and unwind. A total of 4 residential units are available for rent, so 4 families of friends can holiday together on a single property.



Quietly situated a short distance back from the street, this 88-square-meter Frisian-style semi-detached home offers a lovingly and individually furnished holiday rental.



On the ground floor is the living/dining area with a small, well-equipped open kitchen, a separate utility room, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.



The bathroom features a nice shower and an additional toilet. The hallway offers ample storage space for luggage.



In front of the house, there is a parking area with a charging station for electric cars on the fenced-in property, which also provides a safe environment for small children.



Behind the house, a lovely patio invites you to relax or dine at the garden table.



A small outdoor fireplace ensures cosy evenings and fun barbecues. Just a few minutes away by bike is the idyllic little fishing village of Lemkenhafen, with its popular fish smokehouse featuring a rustic atmosphere at the tables in the smoking room—where you can watch the fish being smoked—and a charming outdoor area where you can enjoy your freshly smoked fish right by the water.



It’s also not far to the small Orther harbour, with its restaurants, small shops, and popular surfer’s paradise. Nature lovers will be drawn to the Wallnau bird sanctuary nearby, and for those who’d like to go shopping after a day at the beach, the “island capital” of Burg is just a few minutes’ drive away.



For a quick trip to Denmark, you can take the car ferry from Puttgarden to Rødby in half an hour.



The nearby town of Petersdorf offers shopping options for daily necessities. Right on our doorstep, a bus stop ensures easy access even without a car.



If you’re arriving by car, take the Fehmarnsund Bridge, keep left, and follow the signs to Kopendorf ;-)

Entspannte Wochen auf Fehmarn

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war wirklich super schön. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es wurde an so vieles gedacht. Heiko ist ein super netter Host und war immer schnell erreichbar, wenn Fragen aufkamen. In der Nähe findet man alles was man braucht. Zwei Supermärkte sind mega schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und wenn man Lust auf einen Spaziergang hat, bietet sich der Fahrradweg nach Orth sehr gut an. Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und würden auch ein zweites Mal diese Unterkunft wählen.

Prima Urlaubsdomizil für Familienurlaub - jederzeit wieder

Die vier "Feriendoppelhaushälften" auf dem großen Grundstück sind liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Für regnerische Tage gibt es Sofa, Kamin, TV und Spielesammlungen. Auf jeder Terrasse sichern Sonnenschirm, Terrassentisch und gemauerter Grill das abendliche BBQ und Frühstück im Grünen. Die Rasenfläche mit dem großen Klettergrüst/Sandkasten/Schaukel ist perfekt für Kinder zum Spielen. Hecken rundum und ein großes Einfahrtstor sorgen dafür, dass die Kinder nicht einfach auf die Straße laufen - und die Eltern auch mal abschalten können. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und Buchung, An- und Abreise liefen reibungslos. Der kleine Ort ist ebenfalls gepflegt, mit hübsch angelegtem Dorfteich, Fuß- und Radwegen, aber leider keinen Geschäften und Restaurants in kurzer Fußreichweite. Mit Fahrrad oder Auto sind diese im Nachbarort aber genauso schnell erreichbar wie der nächste Strand. Damit ist ein ruhiger und erhohlsamer Urlaub garantiert.

Ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr schön für Familien mit Kindern. Das Umfeld ist ruhig, das Grundstück schön angelegt mit kleinem Spielplatz und genügend Platz für alle. Sehr nette Vermieter, immer erreichbar bei Fragen und sogar für Tipps.
