The holiday home 'Casa Il Carrubbo' in Modica is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. There are no steps on the first level of the villa, so it is suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Each room has a patio door to the outside. This property is ideal for a relaxing vacation immersed in the silent green countryside of Modica. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all modern comforts, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue. You can relax or do sports in the quiet open-air relaxation area.

Wow! We absolutely loved this place!
Pros: The property was truly delightful! The house is very large and comfortable, decorated and equipped with love and good taste. With walls made of stone, it's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Plus, the location is fantastic! So easy to drive to all the Baroque towns.
The kitchen is very large and better equipped than the one where we live. We loved cooking and enjoying our breakfast and dinner in the roomy dining area.
The two bedrooms are also large with lots of storage areas. The bathroom is very comfortable too.
Another huge plus is the very large outside sitting area, with wide open views of the fields and the village. We spent tons of time lounging under the sun. You also have a private off-street parking place next to the property.
The true highlight however were out hosts! This house is rented by a wonderful family that know what hospitality means. We will never forget their warm welcome. We look forward to come back soon!

Maison rustique à la décoration et à l’ameublement d’époque, tout confort, propre, climatisée, bien placée pour visiter Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Scicli et même Syracuse, plages de sable à 3/4 d’heure. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible.

Endroit enchanteur
Apres quelques difficultés pour arriver( nous nous sommes referes a l'adresse et non au nom de la maison),quel émerveillement !
Hote tres sympatique a l'ecoute tres agrable et disponible.
La maison decoree equipee avec beaucoup de soin. Bouteille de vin et d'eau en guise de bienvenue.
Maison tres bien équipée.
Tres agréable le soir en terrasse.
A recommander ++++

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Eigentümern begrüßt und es wurde uns alles erklärt. Der Ort liegt sehr zentral, von dort sind die schönen Städte Noti, Modica, Ragusa und Syracusa gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
