Centrally located 3 bedroom, one bath retreat near the crystal blue waters of Higgins Lake. One block from the lake and conveniently located for easy access to all that the area has to offer. Plenty of parking onsite for trailers if you’re bringing a boat. Close to many boat launch options.

King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds with trundles in the adorable kids room.

Newly renovated with mini splits added for those hot summer days. Large deck and fire pit.
