Welcome to the Creekside Bungalow, this 3 acre property located 3/4 of a mile from Main Street Verdigre, offers a fully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house with a private beach on the bank of the Verdigris Creek.
The house boasts an open floor plan with a large kitchen for cooking and gathering. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed along with 2 twin beds.
The property is a short bike ride or walk from all the amenities of a small town but yet secluded enough for peace and quiet. The 150’ sand beach is perfect for kids to play all day long or relax on a chair and read a book or sit by the creek and have a campfire. The Verdigris Creek ranges anywhere from a few inches deep to 2 feet at it deepest so it’s perfect for any ages.

Very inviting setting. The fire ring and chairs on the beach were fantastic. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. The beds were comfortable. This property is conveniently located between Verdigre and Niobrara. There were 4 of us over the age of 60 and we all were very satisfied. Thank you Justin for providing us with a great place to connect. I would highly recommend your property to others.

Super! As soon as you walk in one can tell it is very clean and adorable! Quiet, relaxing, and just what we were looking for. The water is a huge bonus for us. Took advantage of cooling off and spending time near the water. Enjoyed the stay and the small town amenities. Owner was friendly and quick to answer questions, and anyone we talked to at the cafe and grocery store were welcoming as well. It was our 1st time to Verdigre but it won’t be our last! Recommend staying here!

Property was a wonderful mix of quiet country and minutes from the charming town Main Street. The scenery in that part of Nebraska is breathtaking and the thunderstorms made it even better. Comfy beds and furniture. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay! Our young boys, four and six, had an absolute blast in the creek all day long. Justin's a great host and this is a wonderful property for a getaway.
