Ferienwohnung Uebler - Large vacation apartment near the lake

The holiday rental is located in Reitrain, on the outskirts of Rottach-Egern on the way to Kreuth. It is a spacious 90 square metres and is located on the ground floor.
The apartment has plenty of charm, featuring an open, modern kitchen with a bistro table and access to a sunny balcony, as well as a unique floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, stove, and oven. You’ll find a coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything else you need.
The open-concept living and dining areas are modern yet completely newly furnished with an Oberland flair. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200m), an air conditioner, and a walk-in closet.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower; access to the toilet is slightly restricted due to the sloped ceiling. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided.

The house is located on the high street and features a balcony and a bedroom facing the garden.

Parking is available in the courtyard right next to the apartment.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a bakery, café, restaurants, a drink store, a fruit and vegetable market, a cinema, McDonald’s, a pharmacy, a medical centre, a hair salon, and bus stops with connections in all directions. The nearest supermarkets, butcher shop, and natural cheese shop are 900 metres away.
It’s a 15–20-minute walk to the lake and the Wallbergbahn; the Spitzingsee ski area can be reached by car or bus in 10 minutes. Cross-country ski trails are 1 km away.
