PLEASE READ the RULES. Experience West Dennis like a local in this 5-bedroom house. The tranquil space features three queen beds and two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Two porches, two patios, three sitting rooms, fenced in heated pool and large spacious yard. Everyone can spread out! The house is very bright with high ceilings. Three televisions and ample parking. Only those on the lease are permitted on the property (no guests or visitors, no smoking, pets, firearms, fires or candles). I provide noodles for the pool - no other toys or floats permitted (except baby floats are fine). No glass in pool area. Two adult tenants must sign the tenant's lease and a Lead Paint Notification exemption (if there is a child under six years old) within 24 hours of booking. Thank you!

You must sign the landlord's lease and a lead paint rental exemption (MA regulation) within 24 hours of booking or your reservation will be canceled
