Hot Tub: Ensure the hot tub cover is in place. The handy stand behind the hot tub makes this easy - open by folding up, Close by folding down - no need to remove the top. Simple!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking of any type or Vaping: This applies to the entire premises, both inside and out. Violation of this rule - $300 Cleaning Fee.
No unregistered guests, all guests must be registered on the reservation.
No parties or gatherings of any type.
