Enjoyed our stay at S4. We have stayed at Applevalley before but this was our first time in S4 and it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend the condo and all the extras it offers.

We had a great weekend down at the lake with some friends who own a condo directly across from this unit. Everyone fit inside perfectly, weather was fantastic, and we would definitely stay again.

Very clean Apple Valley Condo! Nice location near the entrance of the Lake Cumberland State Park. Holcomb's Landing for boat launching on Lake Cumberland is nearby or you can use the State Park boat ramp. Also, the community has a very nice swimming pool for when you're not on the lake! We would definitely stay there again!

The property was clean and recently updated. It was a great location to the state dock marina where we rented a boat. Property has great amenities like pool tennis courts playground. The only thing we didn’t like was that the 2 bedrooms were listed as such however they were both upstairs and you had to walk thru one bedroom to go into the other one. 2nd bedroom was very small. Neither was private. It would be fine for a family with children but it was close quarters with 4 adults.
