Inside the condo you will find a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and a front balcony with partial ocean views. The beach is just across the street. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day via a lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

Two full bathrooms — one attached to the master bedroom and one attached to the guest bedroom — ensure everyone has their own private space.

LAUNDRY
An in-unit washer and dryer are located inside the condo for your convenience.

One of the best things about this location is its walkability. The beach is just across the street, and shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. You can leave the car parked and enjoy the island on foot for most of your daily activities.

For exploring the rest of South Padre Island, a car is recommended. Free on-site parking is provided at the complex. There is also a shuttle on the island that runs along the main routes, making it easy to get around without a car for nearby attractions.

The island is bike-friendly, and ride-share services operate in the area. The nearest major airport is Valley International Airport in Harlingen, roughly 35 miles from South Padre Island. South Padre Island also has a small regional airport for general aviation. From the airport, the drive across the Queen Isabella Causeway to the island is scenic and straightforward.


No smoking is allowed inside the condo.

No pets allowed ($200 fee for service animals)

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day via a lockbox, so late arrivals are no problem.

Please note that this is a 3rd-floor unit and there are ONLY stairs to access the condo.

This condo is across the street from the beach — not directly beachfront — but you are just steps away from the sand. The partial ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom are lovely, and the walkable location near shopping and restaurants is a big plus.

Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed in the condo for your safety.
