Your IDA Holiday Rental—Accommodation in semi-detached homes for two to four people:
Each of the nine two-story semi-detached homes features two 50 m² barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible* holiday rentals for two people on the ground floor. On the upper floors, there are two additional holiday apartments, each measuring 57 m², accommodating four people. An extra bed is available upon request! Each accessible IDA holiday apartment is idyllically nestled within the IDA Integration Village.

The holiday apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a built-in kitchen, an accessible* bathroom (ground-floor apartment), and a TV. In addition, the holiday apartment features, among other things, low-emission flooring (hardwood/linoleum). Our guests can prepare their own meals and handle their own housekeeping in the holiday rental, or—by arrangement—have the burden of daily housework taken off their hands, including partial or full meal service. If laundry needs to be done during your stay at the holiday home, washing machines and dryers are, of course, available on the IDA grounds.

Our IDA Integration Village is located just 100 metres from the Arendsee beach, idyllically nestled in an old pine forest. Individuals, groups, clubs, school classes, seniors, and families—with or without disabilities—are all equally welcome here!

The IDA offers unforgettable experiences and relaxing holiday moments for all age groups. The entire property is fully accessible. Even an extended wheelchair-accessible holiday can be easily enjoyed at our facility.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
