Children and pets are extremely welcome here and the accommodation offers you everything you need. You will find not only a swing and outdoor toys, but also a spacious terrace and a beautiful pool. Relax on the sun loungers next to it or splash around in the pool with your family. The water always offers a welcome refreshment. In addition to the comfortable sun loungers, you will also find an outdoor shower. A highlight is the beautiful stone barbecue in the garden, where you and the whole family can prepare and enjoy delicious delicacies in the evening, perhaps the typical Croatian ?evap?i?i.

In the house you can feel at home with the modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The comfortable bathroom offers the highest comfort. Of course, the house is also equipped with air conditioning, so you can comfortably retreat here in the midday heat.
The sea is only 350m away, where you will find a beautiful pebble beach. Enjoy the tranquility and the lapping of the water. In the nearby town of Obrovac you can look at the historical fortress, and for people who like water sports there is the possibility of rafting and kayaking. Even if you don't know this yet: Here is the perfect opportunity to try it out.

The most beautiful sunsets can be seen in the town of Zadar, not far away, where you can also take a relaxed walk along the beach, look for souvenirs and enjoy the local cuisine.
