The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return beach passes to kitchen shelf
Gather bathroom towels and place on the bathroom floor
Leave beds unmade
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any sort indoors including vapes. Ozone neutralizing billed at $500 post stay. $10 per cigarette butt fee.
Please abide by noise ordinance as detailed in the rental agreement. Onsite parties strictly prohibited. Park only in the driveway.
Follow check-out procedure outlined in the welcome book. You will be responsible for any damages by you or your party during your stay.
