THINGS TO BE AWARE OF:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $320 is included in reservation total.
• We welcome well-behaved pups for an additional fee.
• The pool can be heated upon request. Please note that the pool is heated to 82 degrees and the spa is set to 104 (standard heat temperature for hotel pools.) There is a $125/per night charge and it will be billed as a separate charge. It must be paid for BEFORE the stay begins.
• Children under 16 should be supervised at ALL times in pool and around pool deck.
• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest.
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
