This spacious 2-bedroom second-floor home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, nestled on the Monterra Golf Course and a short stroll from the Village. After a day on the slopes or the greens, relax by the brick fireplace or take in the views from your private balcony. With room for 6, a full kitchen, and access to the Rivergrass hot tub and seasonal pool, this is the ultimate base for your next adventure.

Welcome to your cozy mountain retreat! This inviting open-concept living space is designed for ultimate relaxation. The living room features plush, comfortable seating centered around a classic brick fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly evenings. Large sliding glass doors flood the room with natural light and lead directly out to a private outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air, scenic views and a BBQ’d dinner. The space perfectly captures that `home away from home` lodge aesthetic.

Kitchen and Dining

Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining space that makes group meals a breeze. The kitchen boasts ample counter space and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for quick bites. When it’s time for a sit-down dinner, the sturdy oak dining table comfortably seats six under warm, craftsman-style pendant lighting. Whether you`re whipping up a gourmet breakfast or sharing a bottle of wine by the fire, this layout ensures you never miss a moment with your favorite people.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided (please bring beach towels for pool/hot tub). Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).

Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.

Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
