Superschöne Wohnung, schöner Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung ist super schön renoviert, der schöne kleine Balkon hat ebenfalls alles, was man braucht und einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung war auch sauber und sehr pragmatisch eingerichtet. Somit würde ich diese Wohnung zu jeder Zeit immer wieder buchen. Auch die Lage im Wohnungsblock in dem 2.OG war auch prima. Zu bemängeln ist, dass es keine abgeschlossene Räumlichkeit gibt, wo man Fahrräder, eben auch teurere E-Bikes sicher abstellen kann. Der Fahrrad-Keller ist praktisch mit alten und auch anscheinend unbenutzten einfachen Fährräder förmlich zugemüllt. Selbst draußen die Fahrradständer am Autoparkplatz sind noch von alter Natur, also viel zu schmal für die heutigen Fahrradreifen! Keine Abschließmöglichkeit, keine Überdachung. Also hier ist unbedingt Investitionsbedarf! Trotz Aussage des Hausmeisters, dass hier noch nie ein Rad weggekommen ist, beruhigt nicht unbedingt! Abgeschlossener Bereich mit Dach und E-Bike-Lademöglichkeit, das wäre die Aufgaben! Ansonsten alles gut und jederzeit gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung mit Toplage

Wir durften einen Kurzurlaub in der wirklich schönen und sehr stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Es fehlen eigentlich nur 2 Decken, um auch bei kühlerem Wetter den Balkon genießen zu können. Einen Mini-Minuspunkt gibt es für die kleinen Echtfelle als Deko. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und alles Weitere ist auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen, wenn man fit ist. Die Verwalterin ist auch sehr nett. Es hat alles ganz unkompliziert funktioniert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir werden uns diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall merken und gerne weiter empfehlen.
