Mostly good. Missed small bedside cabinets . Pillows too hard. Pillows need washing; one was a bit smelly. Shower would be improved by a shower door rather than a curtain.

The place was filthy when we got there. There was even human feces in the toilet leftover from the previous guest. We could not get out of the apartment fast enough and contacted the host about it with no response. We had to book another hotel. I am requesting a refund for this unsanitary and unlivable conditions

There were ants all over the property and a pungent smell. Worst experience ever. Its not even worth a free stay. The washroom is sooo small that one can barely fit. Not even supplies- had no soap or towel when we went there

Great location if you want to be near the LX factory or CUF Tejo. Listing said that it had a parking space, but host informed us that it does not have a parking space. WiFi information supplied by the host did not work. Know that you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet. Apartment is quite damp but dehumidifier just put water back on the floor. Overall pretty run down space.

Das Appartement war insgesamt stark abgenutzt und entsprach nicht mehr dem Internetauftritt. Sämtliche Wasserhähne waren lose und mehrere Türen gingen nur schwergängig. Zudem fehlte eine Verblendung der Küchenzeile. Im gesamten Eindruck waren wir enttäuscht, da der Internetauftritt ein eher gehobenes Appartement vermittelte. Dies fanden wir keineswegs vor. Der zugesagte Privatparkplatz existiert vor Ort nicht. Aufgrund fehlender Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, roch die Wohnung nicht gerade angenehm. Bezüglich der Lage kann man jedoch nichts schlechtes sagen. Wer eine gut gelegne Wohnung sucht und keinen großen Wert auf Wertigkeit legt, der kann mit der Wohnung für ein paar Tage gut leben.

Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass die Wohnung in einigen Punkten nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen sehr ernst und haben bereits erste Verbesserungen vorgenommen: Der Wasserhahn in der Küche, der etwas locker war, wurde repariert, und die schwer zu öffnenden Türen betreffen nur die Terrassentüren. Was den Parkplatz betrifft, so gibt es leider keinen privaten Parkplatz, aber nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Lage gefallen hat, und danken Ihnen nochmals für Ihr Feedback, das uns hilft, die Unterkunft weiter zu verbessern. Holidu team

Perfecte locatie

We waren er drie dagen en voor een korte periode is het heel fijn verblijven. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de keuken, daarvoor waren we vooral op pad. Bed slaapt lekker. Badkamer is extreem klein. Alles is slim groter gemaakt op het oog met spiegels. Her en der gedateerd. Lekker een plekje om buiten te zitten. Wel regelmatig even luchten, waarschijnlijk door droogte komt er een muffe geur naar voren maar die is ook zo weer weg te krijgen. Sympathieke beheerders om de hoek. Ontbijten kan heel dichtbij en LX Factory is leuk om rond te wandelen. Maak vooral gebruik van de Ubers, betrouwbaar, ideaal en goedkoop!

Pros: Auto gratis parkeren en makkelijk met openbaar vervoer naar de binnenstad. Cons: Gave indeling, modern. oase van rust achter het deurtje.

Goeie locatie en esthetiek, mindere functionaliteit en hygiëne

Pros: Het appartement ziet er heel strak en mooi uit, met veel spiegels, een mooie vloer, een grote TV, leuke verlichting, aangename stoelen en een mooi tuintje met een strak (kunst)gazon. De WiFi werkte perfect, net als de oven, en het is heel fijn om even buiten te kunnen zitten in het tuintje na een lange dag lopen door Lissabon. Er zit een busstation op 2 minuten lopen, van waaruit veel bussen en trams gaan, en ook andere bus- en tramstations zijn zeer dichtbij. Ten slotte is de douche aangenaam . Cons: Het stinkt echt behoorlijk binnen, wat waarschijnlijk komt door de grote vochtigheid in het appartement. Zeker als je na een warme dag terugkomt in het verblijf is het er echt enorm warm en vochtig en komt de geur van waarschijnlijk schimmels je tegemoet. Het openzetten van de schuifpui werkt goed daartegen, maar dat duurt even en zodra je hem weer dichtdoet is de stank snel weer terug. Er is een airco die fantastisch werkt, maar die lekt water. De WC spoelt niet goed door (urine en ontlasting in de pot). De vaatwasmachine heeft een deur die niet fatsoenlijk dicht gaat, en de cover die erop zit valt er telkens af. Ook haal je nog veel vieze borden en bestek eruit nadat ie een beurt heeft gedraaid. De badkamer is inderdaad donker en krap, maar dat blijkt ook prima uit de foto's, dus dat is de eigenaar zeker niet te verwijten. Ten slotte viel bij ons een aantal keer de stroom uit wanneer we meerdere elektronische apparaten tegelijkertijd aan hadden staan, zoals de airco en de oven.

Gute Lage, ein paar Probleme

Pros: Die Lage war gut. Schneller ÖPNV-Anschluss und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung & schöne Abschirmung nach außen und zu einem guten Preis. Cons: Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und durch das Design etwas einengend & dunkel. Der Badezimmergeruch war in der ganzen Unterkunft verteilt, wenn nicht die Klimaanlage lief / der Raumduft eingesteckt war. Dieser wiederum war auch nicht sehr angenehm. Ameisen in der Wohnung durch ein kleines Loch am Fenster. Nach Hinweis auf das Problem haben die Zuständigen freundlich reagiert und wollten sich nach unserem Aufenthalt schnell um das Problem kümmern.

Appartement agréable Nous avons visité la ville. Les gens sont sympas. Beaucoup de personnes parlants français. Nous avons aimé la visite de la fondation d'Amalia Rodrigues. Le site de Sintra est très joli mais beau trop de monde....

Pros: La ubicación estaba bien, muy bien comunicada con el bus y el tranvía. Todo muy limpio y aseado, teníamos de todo para poder cocinar y también para el baño (toallas, papel higiénico,...). Enfrente del sitio hay una zona con muchos bares y muy bien amiente para ir a tomar algo con los amigos. Con la propietaria también muy bien. Si teníamos algún problema lo solucionaba rápidamente, muy amable.
