Unit 1: First & Second Floors (6BR / 3BA) Living & Dining The main level is the heart of the home, featuring a bright, open-concept layout designed for gathering. As you enter, you’ll find a convenient drop zone for beach gear, with stairs immediately to the right leading upstairs. The space opens into a comfortable living room anchored by a large U-shaped sofa with seating for six or more and a Smart TV.
Just beyond, the dining area offers seating for 8, plus a bench for 2 and an additional breakfast nook—easily accommodating larger groups. The fully renovated kitchen sits at the rear of the main level and includes full-size appliances, ample prep space, a dedicated coffee bar, and a well-stocked spice rack. A full bathroom is located off the kitchen, along with a side-by-side washer and dryer.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms Second Floor: This level features four bedrooms and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, two closets, a dresser, and a TV. Two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds with closets and dressers, one of which includes access to a private balcony. The fourth bedroom offers a cozy sleeping setup with additional storage. The full bathroom on this level has a classic retro design with a tub/shower combo.
Third Floor: The top level includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Each bedroom is set up with three twin beds and a TV, making this floor ideal for kids or group sleeping. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, serving both rooms.
Unit 2: Ground Level (3BR / 1BA) Living & Dining The ground-level unit has its own private entrance and a bright, open-concept layout. The living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into a dining space for four. This setup is ideal for smaller groups within your larger party or as a secondary hangout space.

TVs: There are TV`s in the living room and several bedrooms. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
MULIT UNIT BLDG: Like many other homes in the Ventnor area, this home is a duplex. This listing is inclusive of both separate units. The first floor unit is accessed from the ground floor and includes 3BRs/1BA, and the first and second floor is 6BR/3BA. There are no other units on the property and you’ll have the entire home to yourself.
STAIRS: No stairs required to access the ground floor unit. Approx 8 stairs required to access the 1st floor, 10-12 stairs required to reach the 2nd and 3rd floor
HVAC: The home is heated via a central forced air furnace controlled by a wall mounted thermostat, the home is cooled via window mounted air conditioning units in every room.
Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. - Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. - No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. - No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. - No Candles, wax or open flames. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
