The house is located on its private ground with a well maintained garden with barbecue, outdoor swimmingpool and private covered parking for 2 cars. The owner lives on the property. There is a magnificent view over an olive grove open meadows and beautiful forested hills.
The apartment Natalia 1 for 2 persons with a floor area of 55m2 is located on the ground floor and consists of: living area with kitchen and couch, shower/toilet, double bedroom and covered terrace whith a nice view directly by the swimmingpool.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Das Haus und auch das Grundstück ist sehr schön gepflegt. Der Pool und der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Das Appartement ist etwas klein für 4 Personen aber für 14 Tage geht das schon. Das Appartement war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Leider wurden wir bei unserer Ankunft direkt damit begrüßt das unser Hund nicht angemeldet ist, was aber nachweislich nicht stimmte. Außerdem sollte offenbar nur ein kleiner Hund erlaubt sein. Auch dies ging aus der Anzeige der Buchungsplattform nicht hervor. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Der Hund musste trotz des extra in der Anzeige erwähnten komplett eingezäunten Geländes die ganze Zeit an der Leine gehalten werden. Auch dies hatten wir aufgrund der Buchungsanzeige so nicht erwartet. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt mit im Haus. Das sollte man bei seiner Buchung definitiv wissen und berücksichtigen! Die beiden Hunde der Besitzer laufen frei auf dem Grundstück.
