The Carla holiday home is located in a quiet part of Porec, in the Cimizin settlement, a 10-minute walk from Pical beach and the city center. The house has 2 floors and has its own garden with a barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers available for guests to use. The house has been renovated, in front of the house there is parking for 2 cars.
The total area is 125m2 for 2-4 people.
On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with access to a terrace with seating set and a garden which also has seating, barbecue, bench and sun loungers, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned with a double bed and access to a balcony with seating, and one air-onditioned with a french bed, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The house has wireless internet access and air conditioning, all included in the price of accommodation.
The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and yard are exclusively available to guests.
Pets are welcome.
No youth groups allowed.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch! Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war makellos, und man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und stilvoll, was das Haus unglaublich gemütlich und einladend macht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Betten, die außergewöhnlich bequem sind und uns erholsame Nächte beschert haben. Die Vermieterin ist ein absoluter Schatz – herzlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu wirken. Sie hat uns großartige Tipps für Restaurants, Unternehmungen und die besten Plätze am Meer gegeben. Alles war genau so, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wurde. Als zusätzliches Highlight gab es ein schönes und leckeres Willkommensgeschenk, das nicht nur uns, sondern auch unseren Vierbeinern eine Freude gemacht hat. Das Ferienhaus ist ein wahrer Traum! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: In wenigen Gehminuten ist man sowohl in der Stadt als auch am Meer. Der Bäcker liegt gleich um die Ecke, und dennoch ist das Haus wunderbar ruhig gelegen, sodass wir nachts problemlos alle Fenster offen lassen konnten. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumurlaub

Wir haben uns 2 Wochen lang wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist in top Zustand und in Teilbereichen erneuert und aufgestockt worden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns optimal. Wir waren täglich zu Fuß am Strand oder in der Altstadt.
