Villa Daniela is a newly built holiday home with pool in Nova Vas, only 7 km from Pore and the sea.

The house is situated on its own fenced plot of 600 square metres with a well-kept lawn where guests have a private car park for 2 vehicles, garage, private pool of 25 square metres with sun loungers, covered terrace with seating and barbecue at their disposal.



Villa with pool for 4 persons of 113 square metres on two floors consists of ground floor with spacious air-conditioned living room, SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a shower/WC. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit wunderbarem uneinsehbarem Garten, der Pool ist fantastisch und super sauber. Zweimal die Woche kam ein Poolreiniger und hat zusätzlich manuell den Pool gereinigt. Die Küchenausstattung bezüglich Töpfen, Pfannen und Kochutensilien ist hervorragend, nur Essgeschirr und Besteck ist zu wenig vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, alles hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.
