Villa Fortuna is newly built villa with swimming pool situated in quiet location on the edge of the village.

Villa is only 1 km distance from the new pebble beach, closest restaurant is at 100 m and closest store at 400 m. In addition, Funtana offers numerous restaurants and pizzerias, a small port with the possibility of renting boats, several cycling trails, "dino park" and only 3.2 km from the house there is a large aquapark - Aquacolors Poreč.

Villa Fortuna has a private yard of 570 sqm with outdoor pool of 30 sqm, two covered terraces and two parking spaces.



Villa accommodates 6-7 guests on two completely airconditioned floors, furnished with modern and quality furniture. On the ground floor there is a living space with completely equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with possibility of sleeping for one person, one en suite (shower/toilet) double bed bedroom with Sat-tv, and one separate toilete.On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with common covered terrace. Each bedroom is with private shower/toilet and Sat-tv, one is with double bed and other with two separate beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Absolutely perfect accommodation, the only thing that can be improved is the retractable curtain on the terrace in front of the sun in the exhausting months of June and August. I also recommend visiting the nearby Zelení dvor restaurant with excellent cuisine and affordable prices.

Schönes Haus mit allem was man brauch, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, schöne Terrasse und super Lage, der Pool war leider etwas kalt. Dass man die Kaution in Bar in Porec im Büro hinterlegen und abholen muss, ist leider nicht optimal.

Ein paar kleine Mängel waren, dass die Küche nicht richtig geputzt war, die Küchenmesser nicht scharf waren und es Spinnennetze in fast allen Zimmern an den Decken gab. Der Rest des Hauses und die Aussenanlagen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet; ein tolles Haus in super Lage.
