Villa Karbula is a modern 3-bedroom holiday home with a swimming pool at walking distance from the sea.

Villa Karbula is located in the immediate vicinity of the Zelena laguna resort and the Acquacolors water park. In the Zelena laguna there are numerous well-maintained beaches, restaurants, shops and sports and recreational facilities on land and water. Poreč is only 3 km away.

In the completely fenced property, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool with salt water, sun loungers for sunbathing, a parasol, several parking spaces, a covered summer kitchen with seating, a barbecue and a table for table tennis.



Villa Karbula consists of a ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Aufgrund der Lage ist die Benutzung des Autos unerlässlich. Das Haus liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Porec, dafür genießt man seine Ruhe. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
