Modern Villa Molindrio with pool for 6 guests and panoramic sea view.
The villa is set in one of the most beautiful bays of Poreč, after which the house itself is named. Just a few meters from the house there is a restaurant, water park, gas station, cafes and beautiful beaches. In its garden guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, garden furniture, 2 parking spaces and a barbecue.
Villa Molindrio with a total area of 160 sqm is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the first floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate toilet. On the second floor of the house, we find three double bedrooms, one of them with sea view and a terrace. Each room has its own bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
