This beautiful holiday home, built in the autochthonous Istrian style and located on a fenced, landscaped garden of 4000 m2 surrounded by greenery, offers guests a 40m2 swimming pool, deck chairs, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace next to the pool and several parking spaces.

Villa Irena Funtana for 4 persons with a total area of 160 m2 is spread over two floors and consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower, all on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful view of the pool and nature.
The special feature of this beautiful villa is the large, completely fenced yard that offers absolute privacy.
