Beautiful modern villa with private pool near Porec, Rovinj and beach

Villa Marusha has 3 bedrooms (each with double bed). A bathroom is en suite.
One room has an extra bed for an adult or a child. In addition, if necessary, a baby cot is provided free of charge. There is space for six adults and two children or seven adults and one child.
Another bathroom is upstairs.

On the ground floor there are living rooms, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine.
Baby cot and high chair are available for free.

All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning units.

In the garden there is a private swimming pool with loungers and right next to it there is a covered area for cooking and eating al fresco. Here you will find a large dining table for at least 8 people and a gas grill.

The garden is equipped with modern technology that offers a wonderful sight of grass and ornamental plants all year round.

The garden is surrounded by a high fence or wall so you have complete peace and privacy.

Villa Marusha is located on the edge of the villages Sveti Petar u Sumi and Jopi in the unspoiled nature.
The exterior of the villa is decorated with a unique Istrian stone, creating a wonderful ambience.

All known places in Istria (Rovinj, Porec, Pula ...) are about 20 kilometers away

The house is ideal for a family holiday or a holiday with friends.
Recreation can be found in the nature of central Istria as well as in various activities.
So you can enjoy cycling, hiking, horse riding, but also the consumption of traditional food (truffle, cheese, wine, ham, olive oil) in nearby restaurants and rural property.

Schönes und durchdachtes Ferienhaus

Meine Familie hatte die Gelegenheit sich in dem Haus herrlich zu entspannen. Der Service Vorort ist sehr gut. Es hat einfach alles funktioniert. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die nächsten Ortschaften waren mit Auto schnell zu erreichen. Gerne nochmals.

Bester Urlaub aller Zeiten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Marusha so sehr genossen!! Das Haus ist fantastisch, der Pool und die Terasse ein Highligt, das Haus super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber und die Lage ist wirklich top wenn man es ruhiger mag. 30 min bis Pula oder Rovinj. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub ❤️

Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und auch mit der Dame vor Ort, die sich da um alles kümmert, war super und unkompliziert. Genau so wie der Check in und der Check out. Wir waren mit der kompletten Familie in der Villa Marusha ( Oma / Opa, 2 Töchter , Schwiegersohn , Enkeltochter) . Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie abgebildet , geräumig , modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht . Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ! Das eingezäunte Grundstück war perfekt für die Hunde. Für meine Tochter gab es eine Schaukel sowie einen kleinen Kindertisch. Was mich besonders gefreut hat , es gab einen Kinderstuhl , einen Kinder Hocker sowie ein Kinder Reise- Bett . Super Kinderfreundlich, das wünscht man sich 😊 In den Schlafzimmern sind überall Klimaanlagen, was für uns wichtig war . Die Lage war super, um alle größeren Städte an der Küste innerhalb 25-45 Minuten zu erreichen .größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Anschließend kann ich sagen dass wir rundum zufrieden waren und das Ferienhaus sehr gut weiterempfehlen können ! Danke für den schönen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt !:-)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Marusha und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Kids sowie unser Hund konnten sich durch die Umzäunung frei bewegen. Der Pool und die Schaukel waren für die Kids das Highlight :-) Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sowie auch mit Paula waren sehr nett und wir können die Villa in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Villa, tolles Ambiente

Sehr gute Ausstattung, recht neu, sauber. Wir hatten fast durchgängig Sonnenschein, haben fast nur draußen gelebt. Da kann man getrost auf das Meer verzichten.

Wunderschönes Haus, super nette Besitzerin, unkompliziert, sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Top ausgestattetes Haus, mit viel Stil und Liebe eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht. Ein Ort, einfach nur zum wohlfühlen.

In großen und ganzen OK

Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und war in Ordnung. Leider war tagsüber und Nachts Hundegebell an der Tagesordnung. Da in der Nähe Baustellen sind ist der Geräuschpegel durch vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge sehr hoch.

Toller Aufenthalt in Jopi

Ein toller Aufenthalt. Lage top... Kontaktpersonen äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wunderschön. Einfach zum Geniessen. zwei kleine Wermutstropfen: 1. am ersten Abend mussten wir bereits Toilettenpapier organisieren... was zur Aufgabe wurde, da wir keine Ahnung hatten, wo genau ein Supermarkt zu finden wäre. Zum Glück haben die weitaus längere Öffnungszeiten als wir in der Schweiz :-) 2. Hunde... wir selber sind Hundebesitzer und nebenbei auch Tierschützer. Der Nachbarshund hat uns die erste Woche richtig Sorgen gemacht. Sein und auch das Gebell der Hunde in der Umgebung machten ein Durchschlafen in der Nacht fast unmöglich. Wir haben das der Vermieterin sowie auch Paula mitgeteilt. Die zweite Woche war dann etwas besser. Obwohl uns der arme Kerl immer noch leid getan hat. alles in einem können wir das Haus, die Vermieterin und auch die Gegend guten Gewissens zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder hier buchen. Danke Paula - Danke Frau Jahn

Alles sehr gut und sauber

Wir haben gemeinsam mit unserem Vierbeiner einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren da, die Villa war sehr sauber so wie der Pool und die Vermittlerin sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Super schnelles wlan gab es auch... 😊

Ein toller Urlaub!

Wir waren mit sechs Personen in der Villa. Die Beschreibung passt genau und und es fehlte an nichts. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein großes Lob an Paula. Sie hat uns toll beraten und war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
