This tree-lined, professional, heritage neighbourhood is brimming with character and abundant space, including wide avenues and beautiful green spaces. Just 4 doors down, there’s a mini park with edible fruit-bearing trees. One block away is 17 Ave SW. The living space has its own entrance and is located in the lower level. It features two rooms. The studio has one queen bed and an optional twin bed. The second room has one twin bed. This setup is perfect for families or friends traveling together. We can place the portable single bed from the studio to the smaller bedroom, if you wish to have 2 people in each bedroom. Guests will enjoy a large, new bathroom with a refreshing tile shower. We provide a hair dryer on request and convenience toiletries. The house stays comfortable year-round with our heating and air conditioning system. Once you’re here, Be sure to let me know if you prefer it warmer or cooler. Relax in a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
