This place is full of black MOLD. The moment you walk in you can smell the musty damp air. Every closet upstairs has visible mold on the walls and ceiling. The master bay window has clear water damage and mold spots on the drywall. The basement has water damage with drywall and baseboards that were never fixed and mold in every corner. The ceiling in the basement was falling down in multiple spots and there is spotty mold around every vent. The house was generallydirty, inside and out. The back stairs are shaky and leaning, we did not even look to use the pool but either way the filter was clogged and it was full of leaves. This home truly should be condemned, it is definitely not what is described.
