Private: well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 50 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Boules, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bar 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 32 km, sandy beach "Sainte Maxime" 53 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 3 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Baou, Cotignac, Abbaye du Thoronet, Calanques de Cassis, Vallon Sourn, Sillans La Cascade. Absolut empfehlenswert !
Schönes geräumiges Haus etwas ausserhalb von Carcès. Freundlicher Empfang und gute Kommunikation vor Ort. Zustand, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Villa « LiliArty » außergewöhnlich gut. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert und angenehmer Aussenpool.
In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt. In einer knappen Stunde zu den Gorges du Verdon oder den Golfe de St Tropez.
Alles in Allem ein gelungenes Urlaubsziel.

Zwembadpomp was kapot
Het huis zelf was echt mooi in orde. Wij hadden alleen de pech dat tijdens ons verblijf de zwembadpomp niet werkte en dat we daardoor eigenlijk heel onze reis vies en warm water in het zwembad hadden. Op einde van ons verblijf was dit pas gemaakt dus voor ons was dit een negatieve ervaring.

We are sincerely sorry for the pool pump having broken during this
vacation. Although it was not anticipated, the owner acted quickly
through the pool company who replaced the pump right away. In addition,
the property owner has a mandatory check twice a week for this pool,
which is photographically documented by the contracting pool company.
For the most part, this guest was able to use the pool with the pump in
full working condition. The pool is not equipped with heat pump on the
other hand, therefore the warmth of the water was mainly due to the
extreme heat this season. Thank you for understanding.

Sommerausklang in der Provence
Schönes Haus, etwas abgelegen in einer Umgebung mit lauter eingezäunten Einfamilienhäusern, Auto ist unerlässlich, Ausstattung des Hauses und Pool sind sehr gut, die Ansprechpartnerin der Agentur ist etwas unorganisiert. Absolut empfehlenswerte Location für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Naturerlebnis und netten Dörfchen in der Umgebung

Topvakantie
Pas gerenoveerde, mooi verzorgde vakantiewoning met heerlijk zwembad. Alles in huis is aanwezig. Keukengerief is top. Kamers en badkamers zijn voldoende ruim en verzorgd. Gewoon een tophuisje. Enige kleine minpuntjes: gras was niet gemaaid toen we aankwamen. Na 2 weken vakantie stond het onkruid in het gras ontzettend hoog + de voegen van de tegels rond het zwembad zijn erg verduurd door het zwembadwater waardoor je regelmatig in een los stukje voegsel trapte.
