Near fab Houston restaurants, museum and the Houston medical center. This Sears kit house was built in 1917, there is a magnificent 100 year old tree, a fabulous front porch and private back yard. There is primary bedroom with a queen bed and connecting bathroom and 2 other bedrooms that are connected by a French door. Those rooms have a shared bathroom One bedroom has a double bed and the adjoining bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle that can be utilized as an additional twin bed. Also there is a separate garage apartment with a double bed and kitchen and full bathroom. The house can be rented with or without the garage apartment We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our bungalow.
