⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brett was an outstanding guest! He had excellent communication throughout his stay, was respectful of the property, and left everything clean and well taken care of. He truly made hosting a breeze. I would be more than happy to host Brett again anytime. I highly recommend him to any host looking for a courteous, responsible, and respectful guest.

That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sarah and her party were wonderful guests! They were easy to host, communicated exceptionally well throughout their stay, and treated the property with great care. The place was left spotless and looked like it had hardly been used. We truly appreciated their respect for our home and the smooth experience from start to finish. We would gladly welcome Sarah and her party back anytime and highly recommend them to any host.
