Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pool maintenance arrives on Thursdays morning. They enter the back yard through the side gate. That gate must be locked at all times.
Please moved trash can to the street on Sunday for Monday morning collection.
The pool is 7 ft deep. All guests must watch their children at all times. The sliding glass door in the living room has a child lock but it is the parents strick responsibility to keep children safe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave the yard as you found it.
No dogs or pets. Renters will be charged $350.
