After a day of exploring, sink into the plush queen bed or kick back on the comfy sofa (complete with sofa bed) with your favorite show or a good book. The peaceful bathroom invites you to relax with a full shower and soaking tub, plus plenty of storage to settle in with ease.

The fully equipped kitchen makes staying in just as enjoyable as going out—complete with a waffle iron, air fryer, toaster, and coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa for slow, easy mornings.

Step outside to your private backyard retreat, where you can unwind under the open sky. Enjoy evenings gathered around the fire pit, or simply relax in the comfortable outdoor seating area—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or winding down after a day of adventure.

You’ll stay comfortable year-round with individually controlled heating and air conditioning, along with a ceiling fan for those perfect desert evenings. A spacious walk-in closet and large dresser give you plenty of room to unpack and feel at home. We even have a pack-n-play with a bassinet available if you are bringing your kiddos.

For added convenience, enjoy your own in-unit washer and dryer (detergent included), so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your trip.

Looking for a little adventure? Kayaks and e-bikes are available for rent—perfect for exploring the beautiful Southern Utah landscape. Zion National Park is a quick 25 minutes away. Sand Hollow Reservoir is 10 minutes away and is a great place to kayak or ATV. We do have plenty of ATV parking on our property, so bring your toys and have some fun!
