Adorable private studio 2 blocks to everything St George has to offer from the best restaurants, parks, museums, galleries and shopping.

Climb the stairs to 600 square feet of charm from the hardwood floor, custom kitchen cabinetry and tons of sunshine streaming through windows. Rest and relax in this little city oasis then hit the trails, local attractions, business meetings or visit family.

The space
After parking in designated guest parking, you will climb an outdoor staircase to your studio apt. Adorable 600 square foot studio is equipped with modern home comforts from a folding Murphy bed (Tempur-Pedic mattress and sleeps 2), leather sofa, big screen tv, workspace and bakers center. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, microwave, 2 induction burners and coffee machine with grinder. Refrigerator, freezer and cooking tools are at your reach. Please note there is no stove and you have an induction burner instead that works even better.
Guest access
Guests have access to outdoor areas, picnic table, barbecue and lounging chairs. Washer and Dryer near premises and accessible with permission from host.

Please bring detergent. Shake cloths out and check pockets before washing. Clean the dryer filter before and after use. The unit is available for quick needs while a laundromat is located a few blocks away for more intensive needs.
Other things to note
The Studio is equipped with kitchenette including, oven, refrigerator, microwave and basic cookware and dinnerware. An induction burner and cooking pans are available in the drawer under the oven. The bed is a Murphy bed and the TV is set up with Roku. Network TV is not available.

Pets are welcome (max 2) and cleaning supplies are available, including vacuum. Please don't allow pets on the bed or couch. Pet fee is 25.00 per pet and payment arrangements can be made.

EBikes available for rent - Juiced Scorpion with comfy seats. Please message host for availability. Upon completion of signed waver you day of fun will begin. Bikes come with locks, helmets, and chargers. Daily rate is $100 and 4hr rate is $65. There are miles and miles of trails moments ride from your location.

Cute little apartment

A comfortable spot to base ourselves for a visit to Zion and to check out St George! Twila let us rent her bikes to ride the bike path nearby. Super friendly and accommodating!

St George Christmas

For the most part, our stay in this cute studio in beautiful St. George was great! It was a bit of a bummer to arrive after a long drive and the place had not yet been cleaned. It was “hastily” rectified but the bathroom was still not clean and the previous tenants garbage was left behind. It was also a bit of a bummer that we stayed for 4 nights and only had 2 towels and one washcloth for our stay. Again, great little place with a fabulous kitchen! We would go back!

Perfect Downtown Location

The downtown location was perfect for our needs. It is close walking proximity to good restaurants. The rental unit was as depicted in the photos. It is a little dated but that didn't make it less enjoyable. It had all the needed convenience for our two night stay. The host was great with communication and was quick to reply to our inquiries. They also made some excellent restaurant recommendations. We also took advantage of their offer for homemade German Pancake delivered to your door. Highly recommend taking that option if offered.
