Come stay in sunny St. George, enjoy the spectacular views of the Red Cliffs and Snow Canyon from the balcony. When you stay here it is much more than a hotel room. This condo features a comfortable king size bed and Queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, which you can enjoy indoors or out on the balcony, a washer/dryer, and two flat screen TV's with DVD player.
Also included is access to Las Palmas Spa which includes 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool, exercise facilities, basketball court and pickle ball court.
Enjoy your days hiking or biking in nearby Snow Canyon or Zion National Park or plan a day trip to Bryce National Park, Arches National Park, Cedar Breaks, Capital Reef National Park, Lake Powell, or even the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Night time entertainment could include taking in a show at St. George's famous outdoor Tuacahn Theater, gambling or dining in Mesquite Nevada only 30 mins away, or have fun on the Las Vegas Strip 90 mins away. Everything was very nice with lots of room for the two of us. Would stay there again for sure. One minor issue with the tv was quickly resolved by the owner. Agnes was very responsive and helpful!

Condo itself was good but the overall property lacks maintenance

The inside of the condo was clean and well stocked. It was exactly what we expected. However, the common areas show a major lack of maintenance. There is a canopy by the stairs that is shredded, the walls are dirty as are the walkways.

Convenient and clean condo

We stayed at Agnes' condo for a few nights while in St George. The condo is conveniently located - not far from "downtown" St George and short easy trip to Zion and Sand Hallow for golfing. The condo is a great size for 2 people and very clean. The only negative - which wasn't a big deal - was since it is located near the elevator, there can be a lot of noise in the mornings when people (kids) are headed out for the day. However, the bedroom is in the back so we didn't hear any of that until we were in the front of the condo. Not much that can be done about that and it was also really conveinet to be that close to the elevator for loading/unloading. Agnes was very responsive when I reached out with questions about the area. Would recommend and return.

Awesome family getaway

Great location in St.George

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas Resort. It was well stocked with all the necessary amenities and had several beautiful pool options. The location is fabulous. Lots of options for stores and restaurants in any direction.

Great stay at Las Palmas

Stayed here while volunteering for Huntsman Senior Games. Location is perfect. Since it was crowded, it was nice to be able to park in front of garage and have guaranteed spot. Loved the pool right across the building (at clubhouse), which also had a good gym. The kitchen had everything you would need (electric kettle, lots of dishes, plus syran wrap, foil and spices). Big bathroom with lots of towels. Favorite part was the balcony that faced north. Great view and wonderful place to eat dinner or have a drink. Host was very responsive when we have a few basic questions.

Quiet & private, but close to everything.

We were so impressed by the layout and comfort of this condo. Plenty of room to unpack and make ourselves at home. There's room to cook, play cards, watch TV, go out for a walk or a swim. We loved our view of St. George from the 3rd floor condo on a hill!

Perfect for families!

The condo was great! It was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, etc. We cooked several days. The condo is next door to a roller skating & ninja play area which was great for my kids.

Excellent Home Base for Exploring Southern Utah

The condo was roomy, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed - and more! We were able to explore all the best parts of Southern Utah within an hour’s drive. So nice to spend the day adventuring and return back to this cozy condo. Agnes, the owner, was informative, prompt and kind in all communications. We will definitely stay here again when we are in St. George.

Perfect and Comfortable Condo

Loved this cute condo! It is exactly as described and very homy and comfortable! The pool and property grounds were amazing! Agnes was easy to work with and very helpful! The only downfall was we had to leave..... would have loved to stay another week... but we will be back and stay here again!

Very comfortable and quiet

We actually had the chance to meet the owner of this condo. She's great. The view was captivating. We are mountain dwellers and the scene from the balcony was very fun, especially with the full moon rising. We hiked a lot and came back to a good bed and quiet surroundings. All a big plus for us. Thanks for everything.
