About this property

Sports Village Resort Condo, full club access

Enjoy the sun and scenery of southern Utah in our newly renovated condo. We upgraded the televisions, furniture and bedding. This does not feel like a one bedroom condo with vaulted ceilings and spacious common area and dining room. The beds include a queen bed in the master bedroom, the couch pullout queen bed with extra sleeping space on the remaining couch section.
Located within an hour of Zions National Park, one half mile from the best mountain biking in the west, and 90 minutes from Las Vegas.
Enjoy the sunset on our spacious, newly renovated deck. The deck has a locking gate for bicycles or extra security if the kids want to sleep under the stars.
Enjoy all the advantages of the Sports Village membership: two heated swimming pools and hot tubs, courts for tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, volleyball and basketball, shuffleboard, playground, pool table, indoor miniature golf, free wi fi at the clubhouse and many other indoor games in the clubhouse.
Amenities include: W-iFi, Air conditioning and heat, full kitchen with dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, TVs in living room and bedroom with most live channels. and Keurig-style coffee maker.

Clean cozy retreat

This was very easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. It was close to the activities we had planned with great amenities The host was very prompt to communicate and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little condo

I was in town just for a few days for the St George 70.3 race and this was the perfect place to stay. Just 10 minutes from town square, 10 minutes from the St George Temple and a few minutes from the grocery store - made my stay super convenient. The condo was clean and had everything you’d need to make for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and kind and there were myriad dining options nearby as well. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay

Great Resort Condo

The condo was very nice, bed is super comfortable. In suite laundry was very convenient. Loved having access to the pool and we played pickleball! It was super hot during our visit so the a/c and pool were wonderful. We were able to make our own meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

Softball tournament

We booked this place cause we were going to be in Utah for a tournament that was going last 5 days we had a good time the fields were all closed to the house and the area was quite and everyone was friendly.

Condo could have been cleaner. Location great. Took kids to pool first day, was great but we kept finding clumps of hair in pool. We tried to go swimming on Sunday but it was closed because someone pooped in pool. Closest open pool was super expensive but kids wanted to swim. Loved the area. Amazing views. Couches great. Bed ok. Wish it was cotton sheets. Kitchen adequate. First night it was 105 during day, we cranked ac as low it would go(69), but with us using oven and stove top for dinner, it only got as low as 80 degrees. We went to bed hot! It finally started to cool off around midnight. Adult lap pool was fabulous.

Second time...second happy visit!

We enjoyed our stay again. Great location and perfect for our little family of 3. Husband thinks a grill would be nice outside as an option for cooking if one was staying longer. We ran out of paper towels so maybe put a few extra out, like the TP. The only negative—and you can’t control this—but once again we had extremely loud neighbors to the right and above us. This happened last year, and we addressed the people. This year, same thing. Up until 2 am, outside and inside their condo. Not fun when you are trying to sleep, have a kid and a dog that gets upset.

Lower expectations

They were kind to let us check in early but disappointed with how dirty/old it was. Sent pics to owner. Only the microwave. wood floors, countertops, mattress (although bed may fall any day) are considered renovated. Everything else was so gross! Very old, broken picture frames, dirty rugs, baseboards filthy. Tub, sink, toilet so old and gross. Pool was under construction due to leak. Won’t stay at Sports Villiage anymore:(

Central to everything and comfy for relaxing while being surrounded by red rock!

Mine was a spur of the moment trip south to find sunshine. Everything was booked in St. George that fit my dates! I was able to find this condo for four nights. How fortunate for me! Elizabeth responded in no time and I was on my way. Being located in the Sport Village complex I was hesitant that the property would be crowded with families. To my surprise this condo is nicely tucked back in the corner. Easy access to the carport and street parking for carrying luggage or groceries. The condo is on the middle floor with a westerly view with a sweet little deck with a large patio table and chairs. For a one bedroom this is a roomy place to spread out. Everything that is in the description and reviews are true. Including how responsive and friendly it is corresponding with Elizabeth. Although we never met I felt that I was her BFF using her condo for the weekend. Thanks Elizabeth, I had a great time. The basement is still flooded!!
