Comfortable layout and great property amenities. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress. Good location to explore nearby sights, recreation, shopping, and restaurants. The host was responsive. Covered parking available and the property was not crowded, which was nice. The two patios were both nice, but most of the patio furniture is pretty worn. Bring K-Cups for the coffee maker.

Broken torn unusable patio furniture on outside deck. Unsafe to use. No blender in unit. Had to go buy a 20 blender at store. Very low water pressure, very slow draining tub and sink in bathroom. Hounded to purchase damage protection for existing issues that should have been fixed before my arrival. Location isn't bad close to shopping. Wouldn't stay again.

I would say this property is actual better than it looks in the pictures. I loved that there are 2 decks to choose from. The hosts are fabulous and respond to questions very quickly. They are very transparent and leave a binder with more than ample information about the area. The bathroom is spacious and has a nice large tub. The living room is larger than it looked in photos. It was the perfect place to get away in St. George for a few days. Highly recommend.

The property is dated. Carpet was stained in several places. Bathroom amenities were lacking (no bar soap or shower gel, the shampoo and conditioner werevery low quality compared to other Vrbo’s we have used). The plastic bed pad was not ideal as the sheet came all apart during both nights. The host was accommodating with a late departure due to a late night at Tuacahn, which we appreciated. We did as requested with the linens and towels and washed them before we left. When we transferred then to the dyer there was a strong mold odor. With the washing machine in a closet the washer door must be closed most of the time and from our experience that can cause mold build up. Not sure how to fix that.
