Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe gebucht (das war für uns wichtig, da wir in Begleizung unseres gehbehinderten Sohnes waren). Kurz vor Beginn der gebuchten Zeit wurde dieser Vertrag mit nebelhafter Begründung gekündigt; gleichzeitig wurden Ersatzhäuser zum gleichen Termin aber weit ab vom Strand angeboten. Unter dem Zeitdruck akzeptierten wir einen Ersazatzvorschlag. Das Haus war gut, schön gelegen und ausgestattet, nur fehlte die Strandnähe, die uns wegen unseres behinderten Sohnes wichtig war. Die negative Bewertung betrifft in keiner Weise das von uns bewohnte Ersatzhaus, sehr wohl aber die rechtlich fragwürdige Stornierung durch den Vertragspartner, die zudem ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung blieb.
