We had a wonderful stay at this updated but historic home in Germantown. It was a perfect place for our extended family of 10 to celebrate a birthday weekend. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their privacy, while also having several great options to gather. The teen and tween loved the game room, and having our own spa was luxurious. Everything was in great condition and just as expected from the photos. The neighborhood had so many walkable options. We had a nice dinner across the street, brunch a couple blocks away, and also went to the farmer’s market (10 min walk). The beautiful kitchen had what we needed the night we ate in as well. We would absolutely stay here again and it was worth the price. It had everything we needed and then some. It was one of the best homes we’ve rented so truly 5 star worthy!
