The holiday home has an area of 65 square metres and is spread over three floors. The ground floor features the kitchen and a guest bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities for 6 people, including a toaster, contact grill, egg cooker, electric kettle, Tassimo, drip coffee maker, mini dishwasher, and a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Among other things, the kitchen also features an Android TV, a mini PC for browsing the internet, an Alexa Show 15, and a Sonos sound system with Alexa Music. In the entryway, there are two coat racks with an umbrella stand and a shoe cabinet that doubles as a bench. The guest bathroom also has a first-aid kit with hand sanitiser. Two fire extinguishers are distributed across the floors in the stairwell. Smoke detectors are located in the stairwell, living room, and bedroom. The living room and a storage room—which is for the owner’s use only—are located on the ground floor. The living room features a 50-inch Android TV with Ambilight, a Nintendo Switch, a Fritz phone for German landlines, board games, books, children’s toys, a sleeper sofa for two people, a small wardrobe, a massage chair, and a Sonos sound system with Alexa music. The second floor consists of a bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, cabinet shelves, a hair dryer, washing machine, and a Sonos sound system with Alexa music. A clothesline is attached to the outside below the bathroom window. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 × 2.00), a wardrobe, a cabinet with drawers and small compartments, and an Android TV. We’ve also thought of our youngest guests, providing a high chair, a travel cot with bedding, a bottle warmer, a baby bouncer, outlet covers, and children’s cutlery. Our house is located in the centre of Zell, just 50 metres from the Moselle River. Free public parking is available on the banks of the Moselle near the old train station. There’s just something magical about the Moselle. The picturesque landscape with its steep vineyards, the idyllic half-timbered houses, and, of course, the river itself, which meanders leisurely through the valley. Here you can unwind, enjoy nature, and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. Our house is located in a small, quiet village right on the Moselle. It’s the ideal starting point for exploring the region—whether on a hike through the vineyards, a bike ride along the river, or a boat tour on the Moselle—there’s something for everyone to discover here. We want you to feel right at home with us. We place great importance on a personal atmosphere and want to make sure you have everything you need.
