Our cosy 52-square-meter “Edelweiss” holiday apartment, featuring a large balcony, offers two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, as well as TV and internet access or Wi-Fi in all rooms. The balcony is equipped with a sun awning, table, and chairs.



Our house is situated on a sunny south-facing slope in the Egelsee scenic conservation area, near the forest, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. A 3-minute walk to Lake Egelsee, 1.5 km to the adventure outdoor pool, 1.9 km to the centre of Abtenau, and 40 m to the cross-country ski trail. We offer two spacious holiday apartments, each with 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony or terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen-living room.
Both apartments also feature satellite TV and Wi-Fi/internet access.
We’re also happy to offer smaller apartments with just one bedroom and a kitchen-living room at a lower price. You can find these at: www.obweghof-abtenau.at



On-site fees: Pets are 6 euros per night per animal. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per apartment is allowed.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
