Separate studio in a two-family home with 1 living room/bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom, and a lovely outdoor area. Fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. Very quiet, typically Italian surroundings—enriching architecture, beautiful gardens, winding paths. Ideal for a relaxing holiday away from noise and traffic, for a fulfilling period of study or creative work, but also as a starting point for a varied active holiday. A beach and shopping are just a few minutes’ walk away. Various beautiful hikes are possible starting from the house.

Aussicht und Lage perfekt

Wunderschöne Terrasse und Garten mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Sehr ruhig. Leider ist die Kochnische zum Kochen nur wenig geeignet. Keine Spüle vorhanden. Ungeeignet für Gäste, die sich selbst verpflegen wollen. Badezimmer veraltet.
