With three bedrooms. Black out Curtains in each bedroom. There’s plenty of space for everyone. The bathrooms include a soothing bathtub and refreshing showers to help guests unwind. Climate control keeps the villa comfortable year-round, while thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. This home also features an enclosed private patio with tropical garden and double egg chair glider with tiki torches for a great place to unwind in the evening after a day of fun in the sun. It also features a back yard patio with a stunning view of horseshoe lake. Walk right up and feed the turtles. Whether relaxing indoors or gathering with friends, this phenomenal villa creates a welcoming atmosphere. Offered with use of a 6 seat golf cart. Experience what Miramar Beach has to offer with a stay at our beautiful villa. Please note: This is a strict no smoking property. Smoking or vaping are not allowed on the property inside or in the yard or patio areas. Smoking is not allowed on golf cart. If you or your guest smoke this is not the villa for you. Smoking penalties are strictly enforced.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Golf Cart:If the golf cart is used it should be plugged in to charge. The cover must be placed on the cart before you leave and secure the straps on the cover.
Grill: If the grill is used. Scoop the cooled ashes into the black metal pail provided. Dump fully cooled ashes in a trash bag and take out with the garbage before departure.
Trash: Take the trash out in the morning and leave on the curb for pick up before 10:am. Do not take trash out at night as critters will tear into the bags and a fee will be charges back to you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SMOKERS MAY NOT RENT THIS HOME. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the grounds near the home. Evidence of smoking will result in fines
No one may drive Golf cart except the Registered Guest with a valid Drivers License on file Must be over 23 years of age to drive Golf Cart.
Keep Golf cart covered and charged when not in use. Keep front patio furniture covered when not in use.

Accommodations are wonderful!! All the comforts of home; comfortable beds, good sized bedrooms, good sized bathrooms, hallway doors so each downstair bedroom has privacy to move from bathroom to bedroom freely, kitchens chairs are comfy, couch is comfy, arm chairs are comfy, Samsung tvs and not to be overlooked the water pressure in the bathrooms is perfect for getting cleaned up from the beach. My family will be coming back that’s for sure!!

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet location away from the crowds and the hustle and bustle of the village but just a short golf cart ride away when you are ready for action. It's so nice for taking quiet walks, enjoying nature and relaxing by the pool. I also like that it is close enough to the beach to walk or just a very quick cart ride.

What makes this property unique

The view is amazing. I love bird watching. There are so many variations of water foul that put on a show every day that you can watch from the living room,I also like walking right up to the lake and feeding the turtles just before sunset. It's close to the pool and beach and a short golf cart ride over to the village and plaza for dinning, shopping and entertainment.
