Our studio combine modern comfort with elegant Cycladic design, offering welcoming atmosphere just a short walk from the black-sand beach. Studio features an open-plan layout with a double bed (or twin bed), a private bathroom and a balcony.

Built in 2007 and located just 250 meters from the black-sand beach of Perivolos, our complex offers the ideal setting for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
We feature 25 spacious rooms, each with a private balcony, designed to provide a welcoming environment for our guests. The sun terrace and large swimming pool with an outdoor Jacuzzi create the perfect spot for leisurely days under the Aegean sun.

From the Port:
Follow the route from Athinios (port) to Perissa / Perivolos.
1 km after passing the crossroad to Akrotiri / Red Beach you are entering the village of Emporio.
On the first crossroad you are going right to Agios Georgios / Perivolos Beach / Vlihada.
You will find Bella Santorini in your left hand in 2km.

From the Airport:
Follow the route from Airport to Messaria.
In Messaria you will go left for Perissa / Perivolos.
1 km after passing the crossroad to Akrotiri / Red Beach you are entering the village of Emporio.
On the first crossroad you are going right to Agios Georgios / Perivolos Beach / Vlihada.
You will find Bella Santorini in your left hand in 2km.
